I hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, obtained in 2017 from the University of São Paulo (USP), InsDtute of Chemistry of São Carlos (IQSC/USP), Brazil. I continued my academic journey at the same institution, earning a Master’s degree in Inorganic Chemistry in 2020. In 2021, I began a dual Ph.D. program in Inorganic Chemistry and Materials Science, jointly conducted between the University of São Paulo (IQSC/USP) and the Université de Bourgogne, Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire Carnot de Bourgogne (ICB), in France. My doctoral research focused on luminescent glasses, optical fibers, and composites for optical sensing and photonic applications, and I successfully completed the program in 2024. Since January 2025, I have been working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT), in the Smart Materials group in Genoa, Italy, where I am involved in the development of optical sensors for the detection of nanoparticulate pollutants.
